IUSVIGI is a legal-page monitoring and analysis product operated under the Loppety umbrella brand (loppety.com). This policy explains how we handle information when you use IUSVIGI.

We collect account identifiers, submitted URLs, scan results, notification event records, and operational security logs required to provide and secure the service.
How we use data
We use this information to run scans, monitor legal-page changes, send notifications, investigate abuse, maintain security, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Operational resource snapshots are retained for 90 days in MVP. Notification events are retained for 30 days. We may keep limited security and audit records longer when required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Third-party providers
We rely on Cloudflare for hosting and edge security, Polar for billing operations, Google for authentication, and GDPR Metrics for privacy-preserving analytics.
Your rights and requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your account data. During MVP, export and deletion requests may require manual handling through support.
